A vintage satin bias cut slip dress from the 1940s. It has a gathered bust surrounded by lace trim, and lace straps. It also has a bow at the front neckline. The ivory satin fabric tested like a rayon blend--I suspect it's a rayon/nylon blend.
Size: xs to medium
Bust: will work for 32-38"
Waist: approximately 25" at rest (drapes well on my model with a 24" waist), and will stretch to 37" to fit over bust/shoulders
Hip: best for 42" or smaller
Length: 58" (will fall shorter when dress is worn because of bias cut)
Condition: Very good. Dress has a handful of dark marks near the side hem (see close-up pics). Because of their location at the side bottom hem, they aren't noticeable when dress is worn. Dress has been cleaned and still presents beautifully.
