A vintage 1930s silk and lace bias cut gown. The gown has inset lace on the front and back bodice, lace straps, and a wide band of lace at the hem. The gown also has lace and smocking at the front waist and a circular fabric detail on each strap. It has waist ties that attach at the front side waist and tie in the back. The gown is expertly hand made. The fabric is a cream silk satin charmeuse.
Size: xs to medium
Bust: best for ~34-37" (model has a 32" bust, and gown fits her as shown)
Waist: max waist is 36" in order to fit over bust/shoulders; will cinch with waist ties
Hip: 46" at max, but best for 42" or smaller
Length: 61-62" (due to bias cut will fall shorter when worn)
Condition: Presents as excellent. A couple tiny, imperceptible marks (one on bodice, and one on lower skirt), but honestly, you wouldn't know they were there unless they were pointed out.
