A 1920s silk velvet dress with a beautiful pattern of diamanté rhinestones, beading, and gold lamé trim down the front of the dress and around the waist. The dress also has a slightly dropped waist and diamanté trim on the shoulder straps. The vibrant, coral orange fabric feels like silk velvet. The dress has a couple hook and eye fasteners at the left side seam at the bust.
Size: xs to small (dress is meant to have drape, and also does not have fasteners at waist, so wearer should have smaller measurements than those below--model measures 32-24-34, and dress fits her as shown)
Bust: 38"
Waist: 33"
Hip: 41"
Length: 51"
Condition: Very good. The fabric has a few minor dents and a very slightly crushed look in places. I think this is from storage where the diamanté/beading laid against the velvet fabric, and it doesn't detract. Lamé trim has some minor pulls, which blend into overall texture of trim on dress. Side waist has a small area where I think a couple rhinestones are missing, but this isn't noticeable. I have aired out and steamed this garment, but I do not have a professional cleaner I trust to clean it. Dress is sturdy, wearable, and presents as excellent.
