A vintage late 1930s/early 1940s silk satin slip dress with cap sleeves, lace on the front bodice, and waist ties that attach in front. The slip dress is bias cut, and the peach satin fabric feels like silk. While it has no tags, it has expert-level handmade details, such as French seams and hand rolled edges.
Size: xs to small
Bust: max bust: ~36" (is slightly large on the model, who has a 32" bust)
Waist: flexible because of waist ties (will stretch to 36" to fit over bust/shoulders; fits the model, who has a 24" waist, as shown)
Hip: flexible because of bias cut
Length: 59" (will fall slightly shorter when worn because of bias cut)
Condition: Very good. A couple marks on the back bodice (see last photo for a close-up of the most visible). This spot is noticeable if you're close to the dress, but it doesn't jump out at you and slip presents well. Slip has been hand-washed.
